Once payment is received an email confirmation will be sent to guide you through the process to book your 15-20 min online consultation.
Once verified and consent has been given, new patients will be scheduled for an online consultation with a qualified doctor. During this consultation, the doctor will assess the patient's medical history and condition, and provide recommendations for medicinal cannabis use. The doctor will also be available for follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Once the application is submitted, we will verify the patient's status with Synergy Network and the Regulator. This step is important to ensure that the patient is eligible to use alternative medicine for their condition. The card is approved by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and provides patients with safe and legal access to medicinal cannabis. The approval process takes 5-7 business days.
Once approved and the authorization number is issued by SAHPRA, the patient can log in and order their medicine online. With the Medical Patient Card, you can validate your authorization letter with the regulator by simply scanning the QR code on the card.
